So this day was ridiculous, i had booked 4 girls and a makeup artist, thinking i could shoot everything in one day. Surprisingly i did! I had shot this girl, while my main model was being painted on, and it was my most frustrating session. My mind was soo occupied on her makeup, that i totally got distracted from the shoot i was supposed to be concentrating on. She ended up leaving totally unsatisfied, and that was all my bad for scheduling soo many models in one day. *never gonna do that again*
When my main model was ready, we started shooting for about 30 mins before i realized that my photos was not satisfying my original concept. So i rushed and looked for props, luckily a friend had left a shit load of Peacock feathers lying around in the studio. I used them to enhance my photo through the idea of an EYE possession, which came out a lot better than my original idea. I decided to stick with it and went along with my new idea of a hallow cheek. “consider everything as an experiment” This goes to show, that leaving room for improvements, and adapting to the scenario can make an unexpected photo great.
